This dude is awesome. Tough as nails, can go toe-to-toe with just about any attacker, decent cross. Believe we are two players short of having a very strong outfit to start the season: this kind of starting right back and a better backup at LB than Nico. Lots of talk about another attacker, but believe Sinclair is almost ready to play first team football behind Dykes and Bonne.

This is also where we may see the added value of Beale -- players on their way up see this as a coach who'll up their game/value. MW was a great guy, but that skill wasn't in his wheel house.

Looked a good player at Blackpool, I would guess the reason we very rarely loan from Chelsea previously is the big loan fee that could be requested.

Beale alluded that point about Chelsea without actually naming them IMO.
