New coach in

Damian Mathew has come in as assistant coach from Millwall.
Known each other for years and hired Beale as Chelsea coach.
I'm also very pleased to see Banfield is staying as a joint assistant coach.
He having worked under Wenger is also a top quality coach and I think will have influence over attracting young players to QPR.

Let's be honest, a month ago I had no idea who Beale was so I'm not gonna know who these others are. I'm prepared to believe the club know what they're doing and Beale and Co. will now seize their chance and run with it.
