Hopefully this is true.

We have been woefully inadequate on this front for several seasons.

Not just on direct and corner kicks, but on throw-ins (would be nice to recruit a long throw-in player that we've lacked since the days of Robinson).

I spotted a couple of long throw specialists in a game last week Wrexham v Grimsby (Tozer & Cropper).both could throw from almost mid way into the 6 yard box and the latter's assisted the winning goal. I know its National League but if either of them can defend they could be worth signing. Perhaps invite them on a pre season trial.
