Actually more of a pen and clearer than the first, defender kicked the back of the leg going for the ball and never touched said ball, yet var didn't bother.
I thought they were supposed to tell the ref that he had missed something?

VAR is only going to work if the R is not a useless or biased t@!t.
Until the refs improve the equipment will be of very little use.
