I do Dave tbf but ball certainly was no Shaun Derry. I want a ball winning midfielder to be a tough tackling leader, who will gee his team members up when they need it yet protect them when they're being targeted. The team has no backbone Dave and ball won't change that fact!
So who in our current team has that in their game? Field is a decent player who needs leaders around him. Our so called leaders have been the biggest let down this year. Wallace. Crap. Austin. Crap. Stef. Crap.
