What makes you say that out of interest?

I've only ever got the impression from what I've seen & heard is that he's great around the place and lifts players.

He's chirpy on the pitch and so he should be. We are lacking vocal leaders.

Out of his own admission when he joined us that hes a reformed character and a "family man now".

There have been a lot of rumours about extramarital affairs which may have contributed to his Swindon and Burnley exits. And of course the punch up in Swindon. Concerns over his fitness were there at Burnley too.

Definitely think this year (2022)when Charlie has been on the pitch he has been a booking or red card waiting to happen.
He has looked very frustrated ( I suspect with himself) at times and this has boiled over into reckless challenges and getting involved in off the ball spats with the other players.
Been a liability for me the last couple of months.
Would so love to see him turn it round, heart says yes but head says no.
