Even if our owners put up £300m to build a new stadium I would be amazed if it fell under the same legal structure as football operations. And in reality would be no different to the current situation.

If the current owners decided to sell the club I would imagine it would be very difficult to find a buyer without the ownership of the ground being part of the deal ?

If we upped sticks and moved to a leased stadium and the owners decided to call it a day wouldn’t the club be in real danger of folding ?

There must be a tax loophole somewhere because it is very hard to find a professional team who doesn't have one or two different companies owning the ground and freehold.

Arsenal football club is owned by Kroenke Sports & Entertainment but the stadium is owned by Arsensl Holding Ltd.
