    FAO Eghamhoop re takeover

    It's obvious to me and alot of other posters that your itk record is vastly improving.

    What do you know about the director of football role?

    Will it be abolished? Will GP stay?

    Any info will be warmly received

          Director of Football role is now abolished.

          New manager will be responsible for incomings and you will clearly see that in due course, just by who is appointed

                  No it won't be.

                  Heard some bloke called Zico has been in
                  the frame for this job for a long time.

                  Supposedly bringing in PH to assist (along
                  with some Russian sorts).

                  Some contractual issues need to be ironed out
                  Re: reimbursement of some funds that were owed.

                  All looking good bar some last minute hitch.

                                                          I don't think anything has changed with regards to Gianni's position other than his job title.

                                                          I'm sure he will still be involved in transfer dealings, if its not selecting players, then tying up contracts
