Exactly how I feel too,part of me would like us to remain a top half championship side,rather than going up,having to spend about £30 million just to have any chance of staying up,only to be relegated in 1st season and facing a big fine again.no thanks to that .
happy to finish in 8th place if offered now .

We should do it the Norwich way if we go up , keep the players that get you promoted, keep your identity and style of play , don’t spend big and if you get relegated so be it , leaves you with millions in the bank to keep building and get stronger, just like Norwich did with their 2nd promotion in 3 years . The problem comes with getting the fans to buy into it .
