True, but we beat them last season, so hopeful that we might just do it again. The forwards need to make sure to take their chances and the defence to deal with the goal threat of Armstrong and Dack.Originally posted by dave58 View PostBlackburn a bit of a bogey team to us we don't do too well against them, hopefully we can change that and follow up our great result on Monday

Sometimes I feel all clubs past the Midlands are bogey clubs for us, particularly those in North West. Ah well, I believe they're on a bit of a scratchy run and these ghost games are frankly weird and turn up odd results so hopefully this will go our way. It's just the loss and performance against Rams was so effing dispiriting it makes you reluctant to be confident in any game we're in. I'll say 3-2 to us, 3-0 up at h-t and then hanging on in second half.Originally posted by dave58 View PostBlackburn a bit of a bogey team to us we don't do too well against them, hopefully we can change that and follow up our great result on Monday

Yeah, they are a huge bogey to QPR! Our home form is shocking too, but I am going to be confident that we will get a win now that we have Johansen and maybe Field ( I am not sure what role he plays) in midfield and 2 forwards , including Austin, up front. Kane will once again have a good game along with the rest of the defence.Originally posted by LoftusRoadLad View PostBefore winning 4-2 in Oct 2019 you have to go back 16 games to 1999 for a win against them !!

With our record for giving away penalties and Bradley Dack's penchant for falling over in the box after a breath of wind, I think they'll get at least one spot kick.
Still looking for us to start improving at home.
2-1 Rs
Austin, Bonne - Dack (pen)
