West Brom are in advanced talks with QPR over a loan return to Loftus Road for striker Charlie Austin, according to Sky Sports News journalist Mark McAdam.

Austin, 31, has struggled for game-time at The Hawthorns this season with the ex-Southampton striker failing to start a single Premier League game.

His legs are gone but still an improvement on Dykes. Let’s hope he’s still got the knack of being in the right place at the right time.

Really really hope we can get this done. Ok, he may not be the same player what he use to be,but no doubt he still can score goals in Championship. Of course it wont solve all our problems,no matter who we have up front if we cant get ball in the box and decent crosses in

He needs the chances and service which I feel our forwards don’t get, I would “love it love it”if he mad a triumphant return but feel he may struggle in this team.

I’d get Murray in as well pair em up.
                        why not?

If we can keep him fit then even a 90% Charlie plenty good enough. Is a risky signing but one in my view worth taking. Good for dressing room too.

Hope it happens he’s better than what we have but he would need Bonne or Dykes to do the donkey work required

Can it be Murray and Austin? Surely not??
