Apparently Rooney has rung Austin in a bid to get him to join derby , hopefully Austin won’t have understood a word the granny basher was saying. Would be nice to see him back at us either a loan or permanent, give us good depth upfront alongside dykes and bonne.

He's not settled at a club and I just dont see Derby as the one, Im just annoyed we couldnt take a punt haha!!

Sounds like a short term deal, as he wants to be able to decide next year when his contract is up.
