Rowan vine is on just over or around 10k a week pritty sure of it.

Loan is a good move for him, if he can get his form back then come the run in we may need him, if not sell him in the summer imo.

It says if he wants to come for free then we'll be interested. I bet they will and yet again we will be paying for a player which won't even be with us, if we let this happen we will be stupid, at least if we are to loan him out to get him match fit then make sure it's someone who can pay his wages.
