All depends on contract situation. Adel Taarabt's combined transfer fees for his whole career are less than £5million. There isn't much correlation between talent and fee, it's more about time and place. Leicester's league Champions were assembled for £22 million by the way. Today I doubt we could get £15 million for our our whole squad so speculating on our next £15million man would require a crystal ball the size of the moon I think.
