Everything about the player is getting kept as quiet as possible as it will be announced by the winner of the Wishio charity competition some point next week. Welsh International played 43 times for Charlton last season. Had it in his contract that he would be released on a free if Charlton were relegated.

Possible, but hardly refers to the OP's comment ''to be excited''. He would be a decent addition to the midfield and still seems to have a decent engine on him.
