Sent an email a week or so ago they said they on skeleton staff and will get round to all refunds in due course

I've emailed them and have suggested they keep my refund as a deposit for next seasons ticket. A nice chap called Gavin is looking into if this is feasible. If it is, I have offered to pay the balance on next seasons ticket immediately. I figure this will not only save the club processing 2 refunds, but also bring some extra funds into the club over an unclear Summer.
