EFL are clowns. They need to come down hard on this practice of flipping the ownership of stadia at ludicrously inflated prices where it's little more than than the right hand of the club buying the stadium from the left hand of the club. They should independently value Hillsborough (whaddaya reckon, £8 mil for a piece of Yorkshire slum?) and subtract that amount from the £60 mil they "sold" it for to arrive at the fine, £52 mil I reckon.
