Totally agree very difficult to create a team ethic in a short time.Time will tell.

                Very true
                Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Our team is one of the worst in the league, we don’t have much harmony or chemistry in the 1st place. We want to cut the wage bill by half, we want to sell. So I say bring in as many players as they can get if it means the board get what they want with cutting costs. We get what we want by getting exciting new young players. Unfortunately we will have to be like Derby for a bit with getting new loan players every year to try and challenge until the board either sell or feel they are at a place again where we can spend a bit. Currently we are in debt and will constantly sell any player that becomes half decent for a million or two. This won’t change for a good few years at least

                      Didnt with Warnock.

                      - Kenny
                      - Hill
                      - Orr
                      - Mackie
                      - Hulse
                      - Smith
                      - Walker
                      - Could argue Helguson, he hardly played until Warnock turned up.
                      - Adel (Technically)
                      - Derry
                      - Clarke

May have missed a few tbf

I don't like the idea of bringing in a lot of players, but given that so many have left they need to be replaced.

                        At least 10 players from last season's squad have moved on;
Bidwell, Lynch, Wzolek, Cousins, Smith, Ingram, Baptiste, plus the loanees Wells, Hemed and Cameron. That's 3 defenders, 3 midfielders and 3 forwards, We have so far replaced the goalkeeper, the left back, 2 CBs and 2 midfielders but there is still work to be done, and even more if and when Freeman and Luongo are sold.

We can't rely on our U23 Development squad as that would lead to certain relegation. As it is, I am not convinced that the squad now with these new signings is going to be anywhere near good enough to stay out of the bottom 3.

Two new forwards, preferably with some youngsters with pedigree like Abraham or Wilson Villa and Derby last season would be good.

Scott Hogan hopefully can be signed and reproduce his Brentford form, rather than that shown at Villa. I would be ok with having Wells back if his wages are affordable, because perhaps Warburton can get the best out of him .

Would rather have a load of new players getting used to the managers system than half the bunch that have been shipped out.

In addition, most of these players know what Warburton will set up like so that should ease the transition period.

Unlike last term we have back up a plenty in defence. no one's gonna trash us.

Well that all depends on how good they are as a unit.
