This club is a joke. LES OUT
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

its pretty obvious he is going to go - i think we just all hope the club sell him for a decent price and reveal what that is....there is a real sense of us selling our players on the cheap and being mugged off by other clubs...3 million will be a scandal..4 million a bargain anything below 5 million will be a disgrace. Looking at what other championship players are going for....8 million for Kalas 8 million for the kid from leeds to spurs - 15 million for the one season wonder at swansea to Man utd. Freeman cannot be let go on the cheap.

maybe we feel sorry for Sheff utd - for giving them Conner Washington!!

If we get 5m for him I’d take it providing it can be reinvested in a cf of better quality than we currently have.

Realistically hes going to go to contribute to ffp book balancing

It wont be £3 million, not a chance. Sky are well of the mark with this one, it's going to be £5 with a #### load of add ons. Which is probably about right.

I couldn't agree more. It will be an absolute travesty if there is any truth in that transfer fee. As you say, the fees being paid out to other clubs for their players are at least 150% higher.

Why are QPR selling their players so cheaply? If they sell Freeman for that fee then they will also need to sell a few more players like Luongo, on top of the sales of Ingram and Smith for what no doubt were paltry sums. Wouldn't it be better not to sell Freeman at all rather than bend over to be shafted season after season?

Sorry, but even £5m is an insulting price for a player who was involved directly in so many goals over the last 2 seasons.

A minimum of £10m should be asked. Clarke to Spurs £11m + add ons and James to Man Utd £15m + add ons after just one season with less contributions to goals than Freeman, Yes, they are younger, but Freeman is not even at his peak yet, and will have a sell on value to Sheff Utd still.

You could ask 40 million if you like, obviously wouldn’t get it, if Freeman is so cheap at 5 million why is there not a load of teams bidding, Freeman is a very good Championship player, Premiership I’m not so sure, people on here just moan, moan moan and suggest stupid fees from or our players, you can only get what other teams are willing to pay, if it’s 5 mil plus future add ons I would say that’s about right.
