The sooner the bettet as I can't see QPR beibg able to spend money or even keep hold of decent players whilst hamstrung by the spending rules.
Even paying players wages is an issue as living in and around London costs a lot more than it does in the midlands yorkshire and Lancashire which is where most of the other clubs are based.
