LATEST NEWS:
1) Demolition work on the existing buildings will start in May 2019 and run for 5-6 weeks between 08:00-18:30 Mon-Fri & 08:00-13:00 Sat.
2) Infill work importing 180,000m³ of soils will start in June/July 2019 and run for 9-12 months between 07:00-17:30 Mon-Fri & 08:00-13:00 Sat. It is expected that TWENTY (20) HGV movements will occur in and out of site PER HOUR using a new entrance located between the existing entrance and the Aviary entrance on Windmill Lane.
3) Signposting will direct HGVs off the A4 through Heston via Tentelow Lane or via Windmill Lane from the A4 at Gillette Corner to and from the site. Three Bridges is marked as red on the plans so should not be used by HGVs.
4) No operations will take place outside these hours nor at weekends or public holidays unless previously agreed in each event with Ealing Council.
5) Two thirds of the existing hard-standing at the entrance currently used for parking will be marked off to allow for access to the site.
5) Perimeter fencing will be installed around the entire site preventing access from May/June to ensure safety while operations commence.
