While i think it is crazy to change managers so often - we have got so deep in a rut that i don't know how we get out of it without a change. Saturday was the final straw - strange team selections ..too many players under performing ...its a season of 2 halves - play off contenders before Christmas to relegation certs after....

Bad news and no one better in my opinion,,,, which doesn’t matter
                    Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
                    And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Eustace as caretaker (ie not Ramsey)

Shame and think would have been better off doing what they did with Ollie last season than sack him now.

However was always risky appointment given his mixed record and reputation as great coach, not so great manager.

I do think the squad is poor but one win in 15 no more acceptable than the numerous losing runs under Ollie. No idea who we will replace him with. Maybe time to look abroad?

John Eustace to take over whilst they look for a replacement.
