    I, like many on here was quite worried about his appointment after such a poor start, it was looking like he might not stick around long, he certainly has turned things around! The team looks organized and plays some good football now so credit to him, I feel quite comfortable with him in charge now!

        If he gets his credibility back by producing a consistent team on no budget - which is looking likely at the moment - then we may have to get promoted next season to keep him. He will want another shot at the Prem and given the panic that sets in towards the final third amongst the vulnerable sides there would be a few takers.

            I’m not sure he’s seen as Prem manager now so I would not worry about Pren sides chasing him. All his recent sides have been championship or abroad

                I was like a lot of us who were not completely overwhelmed by his appointment. But I work with a Derby fan who said ''not the greatest manager, but he likes to play decent football''. I think that's what we are witnessing now.
