If you want a decent ground, training facilities and a long term youth programme you need the money that's in the Prem. Yo-yoing with the Prem is better than flirting with the third tier.

They cannot do what they did last year as the teams they face are better than them so a plan b needs to be looked at. The defence was always a problem so they address with Calum Chambers, They dropped Bettonelli yesterday and kept Ream in the team who was at fault for 2 maybe 3 of the goals at Cardiff. Until they learn how to defend they are doomed as 2 to 3 goals a game conceded means you win nothing.

I'm amazed they still stick with Ream. He's barely championship level.
