Post deleted & my account banned?????

Hello i made a post on here around 3pm & took me quite a while to compose, & it had got removed/deleted when it was all about football & mclaren ollie etc

Why was it removed / deleted??? & user hal had replied on this thread i had posted then secretly banned my account but not showing on my profile so no one would notice, why has this happened? what a way to run a football forum, very pc indeed.
