We are prevented from registering new players whether permanent or on loan. However, we are allowed to add new names if we have 24 or less established players, who are
defined as being 21 or older with at least 5 starting appearances. we cannot pay, or commit to pay, any transfer or compensation fees. Loans can be agreed but no payments can
be made to the parent club. QPR can make a contribution to the loanee's wage packet .Employee cost must be under £600k on a pro rata basis. If more than 24 players then 1 in 1
out basis. Cost restricted to 75% of outgoing playing max £600k pro rata.
