Nothing more on Luke Freeman as of yet, but #Rovers do have that level of finance available. Suggestions from QPR end that a £4m bid would tempt them in to selling. Could be in for an interesting day tomorrow....... from a Blackburn journo on Twitter. Looks like he’s off then

Does anyone at QPR actually think that we can lose (in only 8 months) N’Gbakoto, Onouha, Robinson, Perch, Mackie, Smithies, Wheeler AND Freeman and bring in only Leistner and stay in this division?

Plenty of people have felt sorry for Fernandes for the abuse he has gotten from QPR fans on Twitter to date. If this season goes the way it looks, it’s going to be 100x worse than he’s seen so far over the next few weeks.

It’s a total mystery how they’’re expecting to progress when the squad has so clearly regressed in terms of depth and quality. Not to mention an imminent transfer embargo and that they’’ve just sacked a popular (if polarising) character despite him fulfilling the publicised objectives.

This all seems a bit familiar... only this time the men at the top have readily squandered hundreds of millions of pounds on absolutely #### all before drawing tight the purse strings and slipping out of the side door. Triffic.

If the squad is going to be sold off without any replacements we should have kept Olly. Unless SMC has been brought in to coach Smith and Eze ready to be sold next summer....

Is that the 2 defenders where 1 is a Forest sub and the other has not found a club, keeper went to the only club bidding for him, I think our fans rate some players higher than their actual worth.

Irrelevant whatever situation they're now in - the three of them were among the better players at the club and to argue otherwise is pointless.

Eze is a great propect and is already a fan favourite. However, the timing of Eze signing the contract and the possibilty of selling Freeman makes you wonder if this was done to soften the blow. I am a fan of Eze, and of Freeman as well.

Why?? SM were brought because he is a much better coach and furthermore: A quite good team organiser.

Agree Ginge, some just want to shoot the club down at any opportunity. There was a good vibe with the support at PNE, and can’t wait for Saturday. Like the way we are going forward, we still have a large squad just lacking a bit more experience CB and Forward and I think we’ Be ok

Wheelers gone on loan and Freeman is not going anywhere. Are we really sorry to see Ned, Perch & Mackie go?! So we would have preferred to keep Smithies but lets see where we are come this evening
