    Delaney is spot on.

As I said, the things going on at the club are bound to affect the players.

Some of the players in the 1st half on Tuesday clearly do care. Gorkss, Connolly, Faurlin, Simpson, Cook even Stewart put in the effort. Confidence, or rather lack of, has a lot to do with how they perform during games.

Also, don't tell me that Taarabt and Buzsaky weren't trying to get something out of that game.

I know we are all frustrated, but confronting the players will just make things worse.

One thing they need is stability and another is a competent manager who has faith in them and is able to motivate.

Unfortunately, Harford isn't the right choice of manager and relieving him of his role on the one hand will create even more instability, but as long as the next one is the right choice, any serious set backs can be avoided.

the players should take more responsibilty
excusing them and blaming managers, is not balanced.

morale is low but i don't feel sorry for them but do feel sorry for fans.
it's always their feelings not fans'....
they are well paid....time for them to stand and be counted.
