I for one feel much, much less jittery with him in goal.

No, I have only seem him in matches, like you imply he seems quite vocal. Maybe he actually has worked for McDonalds.

What a keeper we have here. IMO can be as good as Smithies was for us, and still a young lad especially for a keeper. Made a few good saves today, particularly the one from long range (Lawrence shot I think?) Where he had to adjust his body in mid air. Think he dropped a cross in the 2nd half but other than that never looked in trouble collecting them.
That number 1 shirt is well and truly his. Keep it up son. Quality.

His hands are like magnets no matter how hard the shot, ball seems to stick. I like him, still bit raw but you can tell he’s got something about him

Shot was from Wilson their sub, the kid who scored that FK gainst Man Utd.

Agree Ginge, fantastic reaction and agility to readjust his body and position in a micro second. That ball was going into the top corner.

Always rated him and we are starting to see what a good keeper we have. Streets ahead of Ingram.

i like lumley, yesterday was his best game for us imo. i completely missed the first half as traffic was bad but he looked excellent in the second half. his positioning is top notch most the time and as westy said, his hands are like magnets. i reckon he has a future in catching speeding bullets after his career as a footballer is over.

his distribution was great too, i didn't see any stray long balls from him either, same goes with his throws/rolling out for counter attacks. he's adjusting very well to our number 1 spot and is getting better every game.

Released as a 15 year old by Spurs, after which we signed him. Agree yesterday was his best game for us, growing in confidence game by game. Distribution was excellent yesterday, created loads of attacks from his quick thinking.

It must be difficult for him to command his area when Leistner and Lynch is in front of him..But he manages it.

Wet surface, greasy ball yesterday and he still preferred catching it. Like it.
