      mittals, but purely as finance. no input on signings or team line-up. Give a budget, and set targets for manager, if targets arent reached by a set date then manager sacked, simple.

      My manager would be steve coppell or dennis wise. With a certain mr ainsworth as assistant. To assist the board i would draft in terry venables and gerry francis as consultants, but with no interference on the managers work. just there to help, and advise, nothing else

        However Jim conducted himself in business, I was gutted when he announced he was retiring, to me, he was Mr. QPR.
