He wouldn't trust a manager to spend his money and you need a middle man to do the deals. Okay, if someone else comes in they might do it differently, but whilst Flavio is here the club will DEFINTELY have a DOF.

Pete, with all due respect mate, this may well work in Italy, but it isn't working here at Rangers. Isn't it about time he trusted a manager with his money? You can't say that trusting a middle man has worked for him, surely?

Negotiating deals/contracts of players a manager wants is one thing, that can work.
Choosing who comes and goes is entirely another thing. Even just the once is too often.
Big difference, and needs to stop.
