yes club have no say all admins decision they will have an amount they need to raise by a certain time, neil warnock could be sacked by the admin to trim wage bill

i must stress with admin you cant do the usaul transfer stuff ie 400k now and 300k at the end of the season, it has to be all or nothing.thats why tranfers while in admin are narmally 40% cheaper than the asking price.
