Presumably this depended on us selling Routledge to raise the money? If so, I'd probably prefer to stay as we are.

Could this be the deadline day signing QBP refers to? Anything deadline day is playing hardball, we know the player want to come to us, his club are going to get relegated so will want him off the wage bill, might save1/2 mill doing it this way?

there is absolutley no way he is worth £2million, we would have been mugs to pay that,,considering newcastle were onlt prepared to pay £1.5 for beckford.

Sorry no funds available... or do the owners just not want to spend it. Because it's hard to believe that we have no money available.

That's the difference between an ambitious club and one who clearly aren't that bothered. We fall into the latter unfortunately.

Newcastle already have a class side, hence they are top.

Shame as he would had fitted well with this squad, so no money now to buy anyone, just goes to show the lack of ambition.... Makes me wonder if the tables have now changed.....

Lets be honest the £1 Million bid for Hooper was nothing but a PR stunt by Paladini to try and show the fans that we ' are a big spending club.' I'd be amazed if there ever was a bid, I believe the Scunny chairman said that it was all BS and I'd be inclined to agree.

If there was a bid, where is it now? January transfer window and all that. I'd be amazed if we spend a penny.

I am getting fed up with all their lies and promises.

QPR will be nothing more than a mid-table side as long as the Board continue on in this manner.
