        Don't disagree, thats why something is being done.

        I don't want laid back players who don't give a stick, who just turn up.

        On ability, our players are good. When chips are down, they don;t fight for each other.

        In players like Quashie and Hill, may not be the best players in the world, but different attitudes and that counts for alot.

        After 2 odd years, some are getting stale. Just like buying a car, it gets boring after a while.

            And what has happened in the meantime - oh yeah the likes of Burnley, Stoke and Hull have overtaken us and we are left with the Middlesbrough's, the Newcastle's and the WBA's making the league even harder to get out of.

            We've spent badly since the takeover and only now they are waking up to that fact.
