spurs are twinned with internacional where they apparently have first choice of young players or send them on loan there or something, chelsea have a moscow side, psv and a belgian side, united have 5-10 teams spread across the world, wigan have a honduran side etc.

think we should do the same with teams from countries with up coming talent.

ive said previously about the talent in south africa. i played there for my school in 2008 and our team is the best in our area and got stuffed 8 or 9 nil by a semi professional under 18 side who played their b team for half the game. seriously think scouts have got to go there and look in areas like cape town or countries with low income at young talent.

would also improve the global image...
