not entirely blaming Ramage - but it doesnt help when he continuously hoofs the ball down the line to nobody and most often into the stands. Routledge plus many of the other players look afraid to pass him the ball. With better support, he would get more of the ball and show us what he can do. Every player has bad spells, but for me - Routledge is consistently one of our most dangerous players - even when he is off form

Fox, so glad you seem to be able to see thru the very few times Routledge has actually produced anything this season.Originally posted by FurtiveFox View PostCompletely disagree. He has struggled because he has in the main consistently been unable to beat his man and do anything much on the odd occasions he has managed it. He has flattered to deceive as they say. Ramage has had a couple of bad spells following injury and illness respectively but he can hardly be blamed for Routledge's lack of form any more than he is to blame for the failure of mankind to colonise the Sun. Another easy scapegoat.
For some reason a hell of a lot of supporters think he is to good to sell, to me he is a lazy git who can't beat his man enough, doesn't like to head a ball and more often than not has an attitude that the next offer is just around the corner!!

Agreed, whilst I like Routledge, he has not been on fire this season as many have suggested, he is on fire until he gets in front of goal, then he somehow goes into a completely different mind set. He has missed chance after chance this season and Swansea and Palace could have been so different had he put away the chances.Originally posted by FurtiveFox View PostCompletely disagree.
