Pete, there are really only 3 options.

1-keep DOF and get a decent manager.

2-Keep DOF and continual with the usual dross.

3-Scrap DOF and get a decent manager.

Even if we did go on a roll and win football games. That would be the managers job. Paladini is responsible for off the field problems. Hiring and firing managers and luck of success in doing this is Paladini's job. Something that is costing our club an absolute fortune. Probably in the region of 2 or 3 Jermaine Beckfords!

I don't really believe that all the different groups of fans/messageboards/cliques or whatever you want to call them have AGENDAS as such,just different opinions on what goes on at our football club.

We are getting very close to a concensus about the Sporting Director role,it seems.
