i wouldnt say its our scouting network i just think the club dont want to part with there money straight away or part with any of there money at all lol

Its difficult to tell what sort of form a player has when they are in the reserves the scouts may see them in reserve matches but you need to see them first hand in matches played in the CCC.

The financial risk is too great otherwise.
