After yesterdays revelations by Clive Whittingham and the general unrest by fans across the 3 main QPR MB's the PR department release this statement claiming that Paul Hart has the final say on transfer dealings.

So lets put it to the vote, a simple yes or no Does Hart call the shots, this poll will not be revised as it isn't biased. If you think he is calling the shots then simply vote yes and vice versa.
