I think we need a leader at the back too. I've always thought Jay Demerit is a decent centre back and he looked good when he came on against us.

A fit Connolly alongside Gorkss is a very good footballing central pairing. Both of them are good on the ball and both of them have the intelligence to deal with situations and either end of the pitch.

Kerrea Gilbert has been told he can leave Arsenal so would slot nicely into right back. Nathaniel Clyne is young and upcoming at Palace and can play left or right back.

Sean St Ledger(good in the air,strong,fairly quick & quite often chips in with a goal)

Kyle Naughton(spurs) very good full-back likes to do both defending & attacking & has lots of pace

Ryan Bertrand( same as naughton)

imo these players would improve our team so much,i dont expect us to sign super-stars just really good players for the level of football we are at.
