    What would you value the club at presently for a prospective buyer in today's market - not including the ground and it's freehold as that's a separate issue?

                                      abc was killing us...and they had the option to increase interest to any amount, hence re-negotiating and transferring it to amit/amulya ....8%?? over 2-3 yrs...then full amount, £8m??
