Good question, nobody really knows, even we were saying who appoints them? where do they find them? It can't be a recommendation as any fool looking at his CV can see that he's a poor manger (but a great coach), although its only for 6 months I just hope they have an ace up their sleeve come the summer!

But whoever is hiring them should stop it.

Perhaps QPR should swap Hart's and Harford's roles around.

QPR were slightly better under Mick Harford.

However, in all seriousness, this was a rushed and ill thought out appointment and I am pleased that they were only given six month contracts.

I do agree that Gallen and Bircham were not kept in charge due to a lack of experience and the WB subsitutions clearly showed that. However, I would still have given thema chance to make amends in the Sheff U and Ipswch games before rushing to appoint a loser like Hart.
