The bottom line is that the board will react to public opinion. If the public don't back the manager, then he will be gone.

It is important that the fans do their bit to give Hart a chance. If they don't and continue to chant for his removal then they must not come on here afterwards saying that we are the laughing stock etc for sacking another manager.

Get behind Paul Hart, whether you think he will be good or not, and together we can improve performances. The buy has only been here two weeks.

I think we should be football pioneers and start using the manager rotation system.

Keeps them fresh - no manager takes more than one game before being rotated out.

Actually, I don't think Hart will last the season TBH.... A couple of weeks ago I said he would, however, I think they can clearly see that no one wants him and people won't back him.

I can see Gallen & Bircham back in charge, which TBH we should had left in charge anyway.

Think they should stick some of the fans in charge, we seem to know more about the side than any of these so called managers, couldn't be any worse than at the moment and we'd gladly do it for free and for the club.
