Interesting - in which case I'd be interested to hear how you know for a fact that:
a) He knew about Blackstock's impending loan to Forest
b) He granted it.

I am not a self serving ITK type... ordinarily I cringe at the ITK types.

I just know this is true for a fact and I guess I get fed up with the unbalanced rose tinted perception people have of PS.
