Most teams have a real kick start when they get a new manager - because players play to impress. However - you need a manager that players are going to respect for that.

Paul Hart doesn't stand a chance, he has a crap CV and IMO was completely the wrong choice and also our team seem to have fallen to peices and become ****ing useless since a few months ago, at least then we could attack and score goals. Now we can't attack or defend!
