Have Hart now or Gallen & Bircham until the end of season?

I'm happy to be proven wrong but what have Bircham and Gallen done which makes them or their record any better than Hart'?

I've not voted either way, but perhaps people are picking Gallen and Birch because as of yet, they havent got a proven record of being **** everywhere they have been in management like Paul Hart does?
