If we suspend him, then I think we'll see player power, with a few transfer requests handed in.

an investigation should still be conducted in the correct way with a fair chance given to both parties. normal or not

Im sure it will be fair, but no need to suspend Buzsaky as he has done nothing wrong, nor has he been accused of doing anything wrong.

suspended, he wants his nappy changing the spoilt little child someone send him a dummy. We need men in this team not mice grow up buzsaky take the flack the team deserves. Least Magilton is showing he cares for the club unlike a lot of the players

100% correct and why is he not is the question?

Maybe because the board feel the fans will go into one and it's better to remove the manager than one of the fans favourites.

No matter what the outcome is, Magilton will not return as manager. This is about compensation nothing else and he will be paid off to go quietly.

                          no doubt about it

all they wan't to do is prove JM did something wrong and get out of paying the rest of his contract.

I doubt he'll get a penny. Accusations made of assault in front of a squad of players. He'll be sacked on their evidence for gross misconduct, and won't get another job anywhere. So it's not surprising he's fighting the claims.
