Agreed. Every Tractor fan I've spoken to says that you'll see amazing football under Jim one week and awful and frustrating the next.

Its true, we finished 9th so not bad really, but it got to a stage where you really coudn't predict any games, and the easy ones became hard the hard became easy - so so weard and frustrating, so in the end after 3 years it became clear he wasn't getting it right, tactics, tinkering everything was wrong.

But anyway good luck this season maybe we can join ya up top of xmas and I think our game against you will be a cracker of a 0-0 lol
