when GP came in, he awarded salaries and contract lengths to players like Ageymang who were not deserving and who would have come for less. It was profligate in the extreme. I do hope that with the owners we have that they knew we were going to lose loads of cash and just swallow it.
If that is not the case, then we are doomed and I don't know why they bothered.

It's probably £5k / week and £20k goal bonus.... so no worries there then!

Agyemang is not on anything like 25k a week and is not the highest earner at the club.

Pretty sure vine is the most well paid QPR player at the club.

On the subject of wages, why have we loaned out Helguson to a rival club and still pay more than half his wages ? Watford have said that they cannot afford to but him so want to extend his loan deal. We should not be doing rival clubs any favours, so we should recall him and if we do not want to keep him sell him in January, even if it's at a modest price.

He's on silly wages other teams won't match i expect, meaning if he chooses not to sign for anyone on lower wages, we're pretty much stuck with him. Therefore as we don't want him, it's better to loan and only pay half his wages than keep him in the reserves paying all his wages.
