Personally I think Paladinis record with transfers has been very good.

What I have failed to see Paladini orchestrate as Director of Football is heavy investment in the youth policy and structure of the club. As DOF this should be his number 1 priority...I'm not talking about a few hundred grand either, I'm talking about millions and on an annual basis.

End of the day, you spend what you've got and take risks, when you have more money, you have the players we have now.
